On 15 September 2019, Pan Delta Super Racing Festival - Autumn Race welcomes its final day of competition. Circuit Hero-Three host its 20 laps race at 9:30. #3 He Wei-Hang/Billy Tsang pairing wins the race overall, while Penrite TPR Racing #22 Wu Wen-Fa/Zhang Xian-Shang pairing and #32 Lin Ju-Pei/Tam Ho-Yin pairing finish second and third respectively.

The race officially begins, all the cars funnel through turn 1 and then accidents begin to happen. #27 pairing spins off the circuit at the exit of turn 4. Its tail hits the retaining wall, fortunately it is able to rejoin the race. #8 pairing also loses its front bumper in the accident. The following lap, #36 pairing loses control both before turn 5 and at turn 9. Another lap later, #76 pairing changes course at turn 4 but it is hit by #66 from behind. #76 loses control and hits the wall, the race car is heavily damaged and stops in the buffer area. #16 PetroCanada Star Chase Racing Sandra Xie/Chen Cheng pairing is penalized a drive through penalty for jumping the start.

On lap 4, #32 Lin Ju-Pei/Tam Ho-Yin pairing successfully passes Penrite TPR Racing #22 Wu Wen-Fa/Zhang Xian-Shang pairing and re-takes the lead. The race enters the driver change window. #22 pairing enters the pit lane first, while #31 pairing and #55 pairing are penalized 35 seconds for driver change infringements. After the driver changes are completed, the race has also completed half distance. #3 He Wei-Hang/Billy Tsang pairing moves up to first place overall, #32 pairing are second while #22 pairing are down in fifth place. A2 class battle for the title is still not settled.

During the last 5 laps, Penrite TPR Racing #22 Wu Wen-Fa/Zhang Xian-Shang pairing pushes hard  and pass multiple cars to get up to second place overall and takes a firm hold of its A2 class title.

In the end, #3 He Wei-Hang/Billy Tsang pairing takes overall victory, Penrite TPR Racing #22 Wu Wen-Fa/Zhang Xian-Shang pairing finishes second while #32 Lin Ju-Pei/Tam Ho-Yin takes third place. At the same time these three pairings receive the “Star of Pirelli” awards and prize money. Fastest lap of the race is 1:59.077, set by #28 Zhou Bo-Long/Sun Jun-Long pairing.

In the classes, A1 class 1st, 2nd and 3rd  places go to 13Racing Hasaki Oil Racing #66 Lin Wei-Hua/Gao Ying-Zhe pairing, #28 Zhou Bo-Long/Sun Jun-Long pairing, PetroCanada Star Chase Racing #16 Sandra Xie/Chen Cheng pairing respectively; in class A2, the top 3 are #3 He Wei-Hang/Billy Tsang pairing, Penrite TPR Racing #22 Wu Wen-Fa/Zhang Xian-Shang pairing and #32 Lin Ju-Pei/Tam Ho-Yin pairing respectively.

At the same time, in the “Interprovince Cup” organized by Zhuhai Motorsport Association, the top 3 are Penrite TPR Racing #22 Wu Wen-Fa/Zhang Xian-Shang pairing, 13Racing Hasaki Oil Racing #66 Lin Wei-Hua/Gao Ying-Zhe pairing and PetroCanada Star Chase Racing #16 Sandra Xie/Chen Cheng pairing respectively.

Overall winner #3 He Wei-Hang/Billy Tsang pairing said, “This year our team have placed a heavy focus on the Circuit Hero-Three race. This race we saw many accidents, fortunately we avoided them. We chose to change drivers as soon as the driver change window opened. The fact that we won proved that our strategy was successful.”

Second overall and A2 class champion Penrite TPR Racing #22 Wu Wen-Fa/Zhang Xian-Shang said, “We made a mistake during the driver change. That costed us 18 seconds. We fought back afterwards to take the series championship.”
